Drop Off or Collection
Drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup through our carrier partner using the provided tracking link.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
